My first pet selfie

I’ve seen online that it’s really popular to do “selfies” (taking photos of yourself), so I thought I should give it a try and do a pet selfie.

One morning before our walk, I borrowed my pet mum’s iPhone when she wasn’t looking. I knew the light by the window was good, because my pet mum has taught me some photography lighting stuff. However, I have to say it was really hard to hold the phone with one paw, balance on my other three paws, get a good camera angle, try and look pretty AND click the shutter. Being a greyhound, my legs are pretty long, but so is my nose. I just couldn’t manage to reach out that far with my paw, so you can’t see my nose in the picture and my face is really close up. How do you humans do it? Maybe I have to do some more practice. Anyway, below is my very first “pet selfie”. I think it came out pretty good after all.

Look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.

Roooooo! (That’s how we greyhounds sing.)
